NB&F provides advise to local and foreign corporations to obtain trademark, industrial design, copyright and patent protection and in the preparation and negotiation of license and publication agreements. It assists authors,  designers, publishers, translators and users in the protection of their respective interests.

Among its most recent activities, NB&F has negotiated agreements to secure publishing rights over the work of Argentine writers in Italy, Germany and France and the work of a Vatican resident in Argentina
